Late in my races it seems to be my arms that start burning before my legs fel completely dead. I'm guessing I could improve this with some sort of strength training where I use light weights for "muscular endurance" but what kind of things should I be doing. A though of mine was to get the resistance chord stuff and work on pumping my arms pulling that. Or maybe some sort of shoulder exercise? Any ideas and comments would be wonderful.<br><br>
