Aqua jogging has improved my fitness!

<p><span style="font-size:16px;">Wow, I am very careful when it comes to Injuries or any pain at all, so I like to nip it in the bud. So in 36 years of running i've had one chronic injury (lasting more than one month)  I had some Periformis tightness so went</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:16px;">I just got done with 3 weeks of aqua Jogging and I had a major INCREASE in my fitness. I was much faster,stronger with better endurance when I went back to running!</span></p>

<p>That is awesome!!!  It's funny.  Over the last 6 months I have incorporated strength training into my regimen and have been running less but my running speed and fitness has maintained.  I think that is a direct correlation with the strenght and plyo I have been doing.</p>
