New users too! This has always been a warm and welcoming forum for the older runners to come to support and encourage each other, and it is always unjudgmental no matter what your level. Not to mention some of the more experienced runners had great advice for newbies like me.
So if you are browsing past, why not say hello and introduce yourself? I’ll start it off. I am restarting my exercise routine after a few years lapse because of health issue. I was doing about 40 miles per week then, but I would be lucky to jog 600 feet downhill now. My only goal is to get back to that 40 mile week. This story going to be an interesting journey.
