<p>I was walking around DC on Monday and too sleep-deprived to care on Tuesday, but this morning I weighed myself for the first time in about two weeks. I'm really glad those two weeks are over. They were fun, but extremely busy.</p>

<p>Crap. Winter decided to stay around for another week. Screwed up a couple of planned runs. A short week with bad diet so +3 is no surprise. Did get in a 15mile long run sunday night in the sleet/rain. But 50 degrees or better from here on out.</p>
