the part of what to do with a cramp onset, sits home with me, as some of you know that I swore that I tore my calf when I hyperextended my leg during a cramp while I was sleeping. I think it was Hippo that explained that you need to massage your cramps out. I still get calf cramps and it's really hard not to hyperstretch my leg as a first reaction, but the article is really good at explaining why you really shouldn't. My cramps have become fewer with Magnesium supplements.
