Jeesh! I have been counting down the days 'til the time change, and now I find myself incredibly tired today. What gives?

This week officially starts the full-week schedule for both of my kids to be participating in rec sports, ie: we'll be doing something 6 days per week through May! Add in work, church, tri training, family time, camping, yard work, Easter, spring break, homework, a wedding, a reception for another wedding, house work, meals...

Maybe I'm just tired thinking about what I have yet to do. What about you...tired today?

You just lost an hour of sleep!! I don't like the change back to DST - wears me down for a couple of weeks; it's probably more psychological than physiological, but whatever, it makes me cranky

It's harder to get up when it's dark.

The next three weeks for me will be lots of disrupted schedule, too.

(*sigh*)
Not tired now, but likely will be tired at the end of that period of time.

No change for me. Did you stay up later with more day light or did you go to bed at the same time. Normally one hour difference doesn't affect me much.

Yes, I'm tired! And I'm making stupid mistakes. Friday evening I realized I totally forgot a work assignment on Thursday. I've NEVER not shown up of a work assignment. The residents depend on us to come. And I friggin' just up and missed it!

There has been no change in the amount of sleep that I am getting, and 1 hr wouldn't substantially affect my day. I am just unusually sleepy today, and I am not looking forward to my swim workout this evening...just want to go home and crash on the couch!

No problems here. I had a decent 15 mile run yesterday after a faster paced 13 miler on Saturday. Felt good throughout, but 15 miles is the longest I've gone without fluids and I was thirsty by the time I got home. I feel good today as well and will be going out for 8-9 miles pretty soon.

I bagged the whole weekends worth of workouts this weekend. First time I've done that since my shoulder surgery. Nothing to do with fatigue, I just had to much to do and couldn't justify the time.

I feel rested because of it though. Since it was a recovery week, I wouldn't have been putting in the big miles anyway.

Considering that I'm battling a chest cold, had that one hour of sleep lost, and ran for the three days in a row for the first time since Thanksgiving last year, I don't feel too tired.

If I get a carppy tonight though, all bets are off

I look forward to this time change all winter, I love the extra evening daylight. I dread the other time change in Nov.

I'm tired. I've got a bag of ice on my left calve and substituted my 30 min yoga for a few glasses of chardonnay.

I'll make it up somewhere, just hope I can get up tomorrow.

I slept a lot this weekend, and even took Simply Sleep both nights just to make sure I stayed asleep in the morning. I was in a deficit from last week working so hard. So, even with the lost hour, I think I came out ahead.

Stitch - I agree, it is definitley hard to get up in the dark.
