* 3 tablespoons lemon juice<br>
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce<br>
* 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard<br>
* 2 cloves mince garlic<br>
* 1 tablespoon brown sugar<br>
* 2 teaspoons curry paste (I prefer red)<br>
* 1 pound medium shrimp (peeled)<br><br>
DIRECTIONS<br>
1. Mix together the lemon juice, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, brown sugar and curry paste. Add shrimp, and cover. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.<br>
2. Skewer shrimp.<br>
3. Broil for several minutes, flip, and poor excess marinade over the shrimp, and broil a few minutes longer.

I think the more important question is are you ever not up for shrimp and a beer.<br><br>
Lintu, I assume you're feelings towards shrimp extend to Lobster and crab.

Well, I also don't eat it because it's blatantly not kosher, but nah, I don't particularly like lobster or crab either, though it's more tolerable than shrimp.

Thoughts about shrimp:<br>
I love shrimp.<br>
I really don't care for shrimp sushi.<br>
I hate participating in the deveining process.<br>
My very favorite way to eat shrimp is shrimp cocktail.

When we were in Bali we ate Shrimp that were the size of a small lobster. Amazing! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

I can't have scampi any more. Even thinking about it makes me want to vomit but shrimp cocktail sounds yummy now as does soy shrimp and rice

I don't like shrimp. I try to. I always eat one...but it just leaves me cold.<br><br>
