* 3 tablespoons lemon juice<br>
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce<br>
* 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard<br>
* 2 cloves mince garlic<br>
* 1 tablespoon brown sugar<br>
* 2 teaspoons curry paste (I prefer red)<br>
* 1 pound medium shrimp (peeled)<br><br>
DIRECTIONS<br>
1. Mix together the lemon juice, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, brown sugar and curry paste. Add shrimp, and cover. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.<br>
2. Skewer shrimp.<br>
3. Broil for several minutes, flip, and poor excess marinade over the shrimp, and broil a few minutes longer.
