I had a c-section 5 1/2 years ago, had a regular delivery 2 years after that. I have recently lost 15lbs of a 21lb goal (only 7 more to go!!!).

Anyways, I am really starting to notice a difference in my body. It looks better than it did after my Half Ironman last year!! But there is this "hangover" on my stomach, right over my c-section scar that hasn't changed a bit with the weightloss. I am currently training about 8 hours per week and get at least 2-3 good core workouts in addition to that per week. Anything I can do about this hangover or because of the surgery, it's just gonna be there forever??

KRISTINE---first--CONGRATS on your HIM!!! amazing!!! (and of course your kids also!--LOL)----I have had 2 c-sections---however, I am no where near my goal weight (i.e . LOTS of flabby hanging belly skin). BUT---I was told from the dr that sometimes they do cut the muscles sometimes, causing flabby skin---but, MOST of the time one is able to regain their flat (or almost flat) tummies again. However, if it is JUST skin--the only solution may be surgery. I know that may not have helped you at all--sorry
