Sorry - Sue - I went up to see if they could find my award and turned around and everyone was gone. I should have been the gentelman that I was not, but wish I was and carried that big thing for you.<br><br>
I personally think you should ditch your coach for having you run that workout on Thursday - Toooo close to the race. I still think that one bad race is not a indicator of fitness level. In 3 weeks is the Wausau 1/2 marathon - I am familiar with the course and I think it is a flat - Out and back - not as many turns as Oshkosh, but it is the same weekend as Sole Burner - I do not think I will do either -
