Yep yep yep get out there and run. An easy 3 mi run is great to get the juices flowing and alleviate the congestion. The only time a cold will stop me is if I am just completely dog tired, I have very heavy chest congestion that is seriously compromising my breathing or I have a fever/chills. Like Mike says, I usually feel better right after. With all the germs the kids bring home, if I stopped running with every cold symptom I would never run!
