Morning, everyone. The TM is successfully installed in the basement. There was some drama associated, but I'll spare you the story. The speed settings do not match up with the gym TM, however, so this morning's run was not a success. I started at what I thought was a good warm-up speed but it felt pretty fast, but I was too proud () to turn it down which only succeeded in burning my legs really quickly. So, instead of running tomorrow's 6 miler today, I only got 2.1 before I just called it quits. Of course, it slipped my mind about Voo runs today, which might have kept me going longer had I remembered. So, I'll try to get up early tomorrow before my volunteer gig and get in a couple of miles. On the other hand, it may not have been the TM but the crap eating I had yesterday (or a combination). I'll keep working at it.

Sorry I missed the fun yesterday; the thread was very enjoyable to read this morning. Ragnar is late enough in May that I should be able to participate, but you know I'm incredibly slow so I won't be offended if you'd rather go with someone else. Also, I think we'd need a northern leg and a southern leg of our cross country relay so get MO, AL, LA, MS and FL (if Jen's back home). I can't believe I just put myself in the South.

The weather is brutal all over. Be careful and smart on your tribute runs.
