Just the typical allergy stuff, red, itchy and swollen eyes, stuffy head kind of stuff. This past week I have been living in allergy hell.

Just was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions to dealing with it?

Mostly just whining I think!

Everybody here in DC is dealing with allergies this time of year. If you aren't, it's only because you haven't lived here long enough for the endless waves of pollen to overwhelm your immune system. It's only a matter of time. There is more sneezing and hacking going on now than in flu season. Personally, I'm on allergy meds 24x7 for half the year just to keep from oozing and dripping and phlegming myself to death. This is the first year I've ever seriously thought about relocating to a part of the country where the air is clearer.

I'm going to find one of those teapot contraptions, I heard that they work for awhile. I know if I have my MT work on my head and neck it help my sinuses.
