Just joined. I'm in Calgary. Just started running again after a very, very long time. Working my way through the C25K.<br><br>
Interesting time to start running again. Most of my running days have been on -15C to -20C days.

<p>Used to be there was quite a crew here... and I'm sure there still are a few lurkers.  Where abouts are you located?  Where do you run?<br><br>
I'm up near 14th Street NW and we back onto the bike trails that lead to Nose Hill.  I work at Gulf Canada Square and have access to showers here.  Unfortunately due to health reasons I am not running much, down from 70 mpw a couple of years ago!</p>
