....yeccch. I like beans in pretty much any form, but these little suckers taste like cardboard. I even bought the good kind from Eden Organics. Fortunately I mixed them with lentils, brown rice and some other yummy things with lots of curry seasoning on them so they were edible, but right out of the can, blechhhh....<br><br>
Any other ways to make them more tasty? I know they are supposed to be good for you.

I think they're often used in sweet dishes throughout Asia.<br><br>
Like, I wouldn't buy adzuki beans to make something at home, but if I were in a Chinese bakery, I might purchase a moon cake filled with adzuki paste.<br><br><img alt="" src="http://www.chinatownconnection.com/images/mc2.jpg" style="border:0px solid;"><br><br>

i usually just cook them with rice. they are pretty bland.
