Advice for masters runners

The other day someone pointed me to the following post from Coach C on running2win.com:

To me this advice rang true, even though I am not a speedster of the sort the coach is talking about.

I couldn't find an article with the right title, but I think this is the article the coach was referring to:

http://runningspot.com/art_runningexercises.php

What other advice would you give to masters runners?

Speaking of advice, how is the Women Masters Training Manual coming along? I think it is such a cool idea, and you ladies are a perfect group to get it going.

Thanks, Millbot. All these suggestions ring true for me. I could take them all more to heart. I can attest to the virtue of ice. I haven't run far enough lately to warrant an ice bath, but I ice body parts that I have problems with. I have 3 ice packs in the freezer at all times just for this purpose. Lately it's my hip that gets regular icings.
