We have a bi-weekly team meeting, all 16 of us together. Much fun and frolic.

Monthly we have departmental forums, all several hundred of us including partners overseas. Much fun and frolic.

Following THAT meeting we have a manager's bearpit where the beatings continue until morale improves. This meeting is in conflict with my team meeting. So I put it to my team via the wonderful Outlook voting buttons that they had a choice between holding our meeting or rescheduling it.

Two options: Cancel or Hold it. No other options. Instead I get "I dunno...", "go with what you think best"

See, now I know where I went wrong. I shoulda made it three options and included "Whip It Out"
