Acorn squash

Ok, I've got one, now what do I do with it?

cut it in half. scoop out the seeds. rub the cut ends with some oil or butter. place them cut side down on a baking sheet. roast in the oven for approx. 45 minutes at 425.<br><br>
then, scoop the pulp out of the skins. mash in a bowl with butter, garam masala, garlic, and some salt.
