I am down 1.6 from last week to just over 202. That's a new low for me, just barely. Gotta keep this train running. A woman at work has lost 20lbs and has dropped from 165 to 145 since we started our biggest loser contest. She looks great. She's the only woman who was brave enough to do the public weigh-ins with the guys. And it's paid off for her.

Gaela - I think you are right - just get on the scale once!!! Good job!

Moni - get on that scale!!! I was SCARED to death and it wasn't as bad as I thought!

I am down 2 lbs from 2 weeks ago (b/c I was too scared to weigh in last week) but up 1.5 for the month. After all of the crap I have eaten while wallowing in self pity, I will take it. All in all, I am down a total of 6.5 lbs since Jan 1 which makes me VERY happy. Next month I am going to have to BRING it though if I am going to look hot in my running outfit in May!!!

Rogue - You were probably kidding about the lap band, but I seriously looked into it. Got it preapproved by my insurance and everything.

I was up to 330 and a size 52 in pants this time last year. I lost some ground this winter, but I am still down 45 pounds and wearing a size 44 pants. People who have as much to lose as me have it easy in a lot of ways because our numbers go down a lot easier. I still want to lose between 50 and 80 more pounds. I lost hope for a minute, but I am back on track.

In the end, it's about how you feel and how you look, everyone's weight can change 5 pounds in a day easily, plus if AF is coming to town or even ovulation that can cause what should be a 2 pound fluctuation to increase to 5.

Stick with it, and don't worry so much about the numbers. If you put in the work, you will come out ahead in the long run. I will meet you at the end!

Thanks for the kick Nicole!

I got on the scale... I'm the same as last week.. For some reason my body likes to stay at 160lbs, it's hard for me to keep it below 160. At the same time, the clothes that I was wearing when I was once at 155lb are fitting me very nicely today, so I guess I shouldn't be too upset... I've had a lot of muscle development since then..

Monika - my body likes to be at 130, so I feel your pain. I like it to be 120-122. I can get there, but can never manage to stay there.

(((((((Rogue))))))))) Hang in there girl and keep trying.. Keep up your healthy diet, get your running and other workouts in and have faith. Don't stress too much because stress is counterproductive. What is your mileage these days? What other training do you do?
