So I have been eating healthy for most of my life, esp. paying attention to low fat for the last 20 years. That meant that I am careful about restaurant choices, etc., but I am not anal about it. What I have noticed, though, is that I have indigestions easily when I eat something like butternut pancakes out, recently. No butter, no added syrup or anything. I suspect there is some fat in it, but it cannot be astronomical in quantity.<br>
Anyone else develop the same problem. It seems as if I have developed intolerance for fat.
