I have been using Rodney Yee's Yoga or Athletes and I like it a lot. I was looking for something to mix it up a little, I just want a good stretching routine, not some lady prancing around in her underwear. Any suggestions?

he has one called Power Yoga: Flexibility it's only 30 min. might be just what you are looking for
I like his Yoga Burn. it's a different way of practicing.
I have some Budekon DVD's that are yoga/kickboxing. I have the beginner, it's not enough challenge so if you could find advanced...

I also have a great dvd that's ballet dancers in leotards if you change your mind... The Method: Pilates: Jennifer Kries... Target Ab's Arms Hips Thighs

I ordered the flexi warrior yesterday, we'll see if it keeps everyone happy. My wife is a former gymnyst (or however you spelt it) and has little patience for all the fruity stuff, I'm looking for something we can do together without my having to listen to her carping. Neither one of us has any use for relaxation.

I'll lend my support to Flexible Warrior. I got it for Christmas, and love it! I mostly just do the flexibility part at the end, and really feel good afterwards. It's not fluffy. Plus, I like that they have one person doing the stretches the same way that I do (i.e. they have a non-flexible person helping them demonstrate). There's nothing worse than a yoga DVD where they don't tell you what to do if you can't touch your nose to the bottom of your foot.
