Not sure exactly what is responsible - could be the no alcohol, could be better eating, could be the stress/amount of crap at work, could be the 20 mile run yesterday but I'm in the 170s now. Down 2 pounds from last week.

Nice kp - I am down 2 this week as well. 4 in the last two weeks. Consistent running for me, because I am still having a few drinks on the weekends with friends.

And yes, this is the last week - Monday AM is the final weigh in.

Another maintain (barely!) I got my act together and packed all three meals for today, so I'll have a chance to pull together a loss at least. My overall goal is unattainable without really really ill advised measures. I'm all for a challenge, but I'm not going to go for stupid.

I maintained last week and this week. But I kinda figured that. I haven't been as concerned with my food consumption but I've been exercising regularly. I've already met the goal I set for myself at the beginning of the challenge so I'm happy with that. I may drop a pound this week, but may not. I hope that doesn't mess up my team's results.

I was up .5 to 158.

I shouldn't have eaten dinner and drank 2 beers last night since I was a dehydrated 156 after my run yesterday... I just couldn't watch Casino Royale without a drink.

Down .5 for me. I'm sooooo close to a milestone. I really hope I can hit it for the challenge. I don't think I'll make my goal, but I'm down 11 from the start, so that's a small victory. I think I predicted 15 at the beginning.
