Hi TW, KS, and Heme

The plan was to run 8 miles tonight but I felt kind of crappy tired right from the start. So of course I took off to find every big hill in town to run starting with

the state park. It was also 80° and 80% humidity with absolutely no breeze. I huffed and puffed through 1,150 ft of uphills and could feel it in my calves.

When I got close to home I decided another mile wouldn't do me any good so I ended up with 6.84 miles in 53:46 (7:51 pace). It felt much harder.
