<p>7.25 drippy miles this morning.  Last nights run made me think about leaving Texas for cooler climates.  Had mostly cloud cover this morning but still uncomfortable out.  May get some rain mid week?   We had one rain this year in May.  Need to pick up  enough miles tonight to make 10 total for the day.</p>

<p>Hi Ks....what's that old saying?? Happiness is Texas in the rear view mirror  <span id="user_yui_3_3_0_8_130869855692115"><img alt="biggrin.gif" id="user_yui_3_3_0_8_130869855692114" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="width:16px;height:16px;"></span>.  HappyFeat's neck of the woods is pretty nice. I don't think it ever gets over 80 up there.</p>

<p>6.2 miles in the woods earlier today, highlighted by a nice face plant. I only carry one water bottle on these short runs, so I left some skin from the other hand on the trail. Got a late start (9:30AM). Up until Sunday the hi temps were in the hi 70's. 96° out last time I checked. I guess that means summer is officially here. Enjoying life after MIL, unfortunately I've gone from one extreme to the other with Mrs. Johnny up in Portland for some training all week.</p>

<p>Hey! What time did you fall down today? If it was 12:30, we got tripped by the same gremlin! I fell onto the concrete, tripped over a raised seam, on the lunch hour. Kinda twisted my right knee, we'll see how that is tonight; but mainly impacted my left hand. All okay though. Enough of that now!</p>
