<p>Wow <strong>Brandy</strong>, you are getting super speedy! Any more weight loss updates? I have officially reached the 10 lb. mark (10 lbs lost, that is). <span><img alt="hello2.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/hello2.gif" style="width:25px;height:27px;"></span></p>

<p>Last night's swim was a.w.e.s.o.m.e. In preparation for my race this weekend, I had to do three 450 yard (1/4 mile) intervals. They were the longest swim intervals I'd done to date, and I did them all at about 30 seconds faster than I was expecting. Now I just need to stay calm on Saturday and not panic in the water, and all will be well. </p>

<p>Short brick this morning, also race prep. Easy week, all things considered. I'm scared of what next week will bring, however! </p>
