Elliptical + a superset weight workout from a magazine (with potentially too heavy of a weight, since I can already feel it in my arms!) + a mile on the track

Superfeet users - Do you wear them all the time or just when you run?

Morning all! Today is a rest day but it's sooooo nice and cool outside, I sorta hate to waste the conditions. May have to switch things up and see about resting later in the week.

One more thought (sorry for being so damn scatterbrained), I've put chia seeds in my green monsters the last two days and they've really thickened that sucker up. Anyone else do this and have the same resulting thickness in your smoothie?

Hi all - rest day yesterday. Going to head out there after work today for 3-4 miles, with less walk breaks hopefully.

Happy birthday to you Dan!

Amy - I typically just leave them in my shoes, so if I'm not wearing those shoes, I'm not wearing them.

That's just nuts Maria - people who can do that kind of stuff are just amazing to me

Quick check-in (last week of school is keeping me too busy with BS here)

Got a 32 mile ride done yesterday. No falling. Playing around with getting my feet in/out of shoes while still clipped in (for transition practice).

Superfeet: You can wear them in any of your shoes if you need the arch support. They make lower profile ones for "lesser" shoes. They are also a great temporary help if you are having plantar fasciitis problems.

Go Corporate Challengers!

Yay, Lori!

Happy Birthday, Dan! While I know you can't enjoy a run, get outside and enjoy some you time however you can -- a nice bike ride in this beautiful weather sounds great!

Field Day today, so I anticipate losing my voice in about 2 hours.

I'll run after work today.

I just realized my first line of my last post makes it sound like there's BS here. As in here on the thread.

That is not what I meant.

I was referencing the BS at school.

Unless there is BS here that I don't know about. Which is possible, since I've just been able to skim lately.

Because of the BS at work.

Not here.

Or is it?

Maybe I'm drunk.

No?

I'm off to run, then!

First record is broken. Liz swam from Battery Park in Manhattan to Sandy Hook, NJ in 4:59:06 (approx. 17.5 mi), she's on her way back to Manhattan now!
