Fred, I know that park well; I am a 15 year member of the Toronto Triumph Club and we hold a British car day there in September, a big event with about 1,000 cars.

When I was growing up Triumph and BSA bikes were the class of the roads.

BC was windy yesterday. Quite a few people without power this morning due to trees on lines. We were OK but quite a few homes in Prince George were dark.

This is the first week of my second 4 week set. An hour and 5 min on the TM this evening with BNN for entertainment. Not sure if it was the lack of fitness or the crazy business news but heart rate was jumping all over the place.

More conventionally, Birmingham Small Arms, they made rifles for the English army originally.

In the 60`s I owned a Matchless 500 single, which vibrated a bit- I do miss those days.

Easy 8 miler today, frost on the grass and house roofs, but beautiful sunshine.

That's a fast half based on her shorter races. DD ran 5:09 for 1500 at age 16 and ran 1:37:xx in Vancouver HM about two weeks prior. The following year she ran 1:29:xx in the same HM but she's never beaten her 1500 from Gr 12 OFSSA. She also ran 3000 in 10:50 at the same OFSSA.

Easy 30 min yesterday. Another 65 min today, similar to Monday but a tad faster pace.

Business travel got in the way of my running this week, a different city each day, then flying out that night, and I got really tired. Cleveland, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh this week. Only ran once, and had a weekly total of 9 miles. I am running a Half tomorrow and hope I am not too stale, but I did a fiveK one week ago so I should be all right. Anyway, the weather is going to be superb and all my friends will be there, so I am pretty excited. Spareribs
