5/31/11 Post holiday Fitness.

<p>6.1M on the TM yesterday gave me the highest monthly total I've had in 6 months - coming in at 95.5 miles.  Jeesh.  Between tooth issues, break-in issues, storm damage issues, and general wear-and-tear breaks before/after half marathons and such, I have not hit a 100 mile-month since October.  Grr.  Must work on that!</p>

<p>Tonight will be another 5 or so on the TM. </p>

<p>Starting to think about getting back on the training regimen at least.  Tomorrow is my followup appointment - I guess I just got to remember to try not to overdo it.</p>
