<p>last quality workout before the HM on Saturday. 4x1200m (or 0.74 miles) at tempo pace. Hit 8:22, 8:20, 8:27, 8:23 - probably about 10 seconds fast but it didn't feel like I was working to hard so I stuck with it. 6.5 miles total with warm-up/cool-down. Just sleasy miles from here out.</p>
