<p id="user_yui_3_3_0_6_1300664221212165">This is the 40x40 thread. To qualify: Be at least 40 years old and run 40 miles per week. This is a great motivational thread and free passes are given out generously. If you do run a race and post a RR, I'll try to link it in here.</p>

<p id="user_yui_3_3_0_6_1300664221212175"><strong>OrangeMat</strong> 40.6 m. - How about a 3-a-day! First time I've seen one of those in a long time.Plus some cross training.</p>
<p id="user_yui_3_3_0_6_1300664221212176"><strong>Paul</strong> - 58.6 m. - A LR of 20.5 miles! Last 20 miler till Boston.</p>

<p>I would rather drive across the country and run wherever I end up that day.</p>
<p>Another 60+ week planned.  May run a low key 5k friday evening april fools day</p>

<p>Thanks Dennis. Yeah, the triples are for my relay training. I believe I have two more like that on the schedule, alternating with long more traditional runs. This weekend's supposed to be 16 miles, but considering I have a half marathon in Central Park this weekend, getting those miles in will be a piece of cake. ;)</p>

<p>A little short of 40 this week, I skipped a couple of planned runs. In fact, I'll be a bit less than 40 for the next couple of weeks for tapering.</p>
