<p id="user_yui_3_3_0_6_1300664221212165">This is the 40x40 thread. To qualify: Be at least 40 years old and run 40 miles per week. This is a great motivational thread and free passes are given out generously. If you do run a race and post a RR, I'll try to link it in here.</p>

<p>Great story Dennis.  One of the running mags just retold the story about him.</p>

<p>I haven't decided how to train this week.  Started with 14 miles today and planning on running a trail half next weekend so I won't be doing</p>
<p>much hard running.  I will get at least an hour every day though.</p>

<p>Like Austin Powers, I think I've lost my "MoJo"....I only ran 3 days last week for a grand total of 36.32 miles.<br>
I need to get it back... :-(</p>
