40x40 Thread - Week Ending - 3.13.11 Van Halen Edition

<p>This is the 40x40 thread. To qualify: Be at least 40 years old and run 40 miles per week. This is a great motivational thread and free passes are given out generously. If you do run a race and post a RR, I'll try to link it in here.</p>

<p><strong><strong>Peter -</strong></strong> 41.32 m. - 4 runs, including a 20 miler.</p>
<p><strong>RipVanRacer</strong> - 60 m. - Ran 8 - 9 miles each day last week.</p>

<p>Hi Dennis. I've been working my way back to 40mpw, and I think this week has finally clinched it. Had a minor procedure Monday afternoon so I was forced two days off to recuperate. So I'd like to come back to play here. :)</p>

<p>Mon....... 4.5 miles</p>
<p>Tues...... rest</p>
<p>Wed...... rest</p>
<p>Thur....... 10.12 miles</p>
<p>Fri.......... 8.34 miles (hills)</p>
<p>Sat......... 3.11 miles</p>
<p>Sun.........14.2 miles</p>

<p>totals: 40.17 miles</p>
