<p>This is the 40x40 thread. To qualify: Be at least 40 years old and run 40 miles per week. This is a great motivational thread and free passes are given out generously. If you do run a race and post a RR, I'll try to link it in here.</p>

<p><strong>Paul</strong> - 67.4 m. - A new weekly PR, and a LR of 20 miles.</p>
<p><strong><strong>Peter -</strong></strong> 41.32 m. - 4 runs, including a 20 miler.</p>
<p><strong>RipVanRacer</strong> - 60 m. - Ran 8 - 9 miles each day last week.</p>

<p>VanHalen was on the Ipod today but not that song.  Tomorrow is a little more VanHalen followed by The Rolling Stones.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Plan for the week is 8.5 miles everyday with one day at 9 miles to reach 60. </p>
<p> </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Another 60 mile week completed.</p>
<p> </p>

<p>wed-8.5</p>
<p>thu-8.5</p>

<p>Another higher mileage week for me with a race on Saturday.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>M - rest day (needed it too)</p>
<p>T - 10.4 miles</p>
<p>W - 12.2 miles</p>
<p>Th - 10.7 miles</p>
<p>F - 4.5 miles</p>
<p>Sa - 25K race (2:06:07 PR) + 3.8 miles easy before race</p>

<p>Hi Dennis. I've been working my way back to 40mpw, and I think this week has finally clinched it. Had a minor procedure Monday afternoon so I was forced two days off to recuperate. So I'd like to come back to play here. :)</p>

<p>Thur....... 10.12 miles</p>
<p>Fri.......... 8.34 miles (hills)</p>
<p>Sat......... 3.11 miles</p>
