<p>Buckeye Chuck lives about 20 minutes away.  They are already getting the spam (ground hog) sandwiches ready.  I have never went over as it is a little early for me in the winter.  The Buckeye Chuck/Punxsutawney Phil rivalry<span style="display:none;"> </span><span style="display:none;"> </span> is bigger  than Browns/Steelers used to be!!</p>

<p>I think both Phil & Chuck predicted early springs today. Given my yard is a sheet of ice, I hope they are right.</p>

<p>Just finished up a great week with 53.02 miles. </p>

<p>I ran 3 hard progression runs of 60:00,  3 easy recovery runs of 60:00 and one interval session of 60:00 all at 3% incline.</p>

<p>I'll need a pass this week after injuring back shoveling snow on Tuesday. Saturday and Sunday runs were nice and easy so as not to aggravate the back. Hopefully, no problems next week.</p>
