<p>This is the 40x40 thread. To qualify: Be at least 40 years old and run 40 miles per week. This is a great motivational thread and free passes are given out generously. If you do run a race and post a RR, I'll try to link it in here.</p>

<p><strong><strong>Peter -</strong></strong> 55.8 m. <strong><strong>-</strong></strong> Includes a 12 minute PR at the <span class="messageBody">Charlotte Thunder Road Marathon</span></p>
<p><strong>Paul</strong> - 43.3 m. - 6 days running including a 22.27 5K.</p>
<p><strong>Rassmussenmp</strong> -46 m. - Including a 12 mile run on a TM.</p>

<p>Thanks Dennis. I didn't think I was going to make it this week, since I'd felt myself coming down with a head cold. But it turns out I did (though I still have the cold), and even broke through 1400 miles for the year. Not only is that a PR for me, it's the first time I've gone over 1000 miles in a year. Sort of snuck up on me, actually. Imagine that!</p>

<p>Wed.... 8.4 miles</p>
<p>Thur... 4 miles</p>
<p>Fri....... yoga</p>
<p>Sat..... 6.4 miles</p>

<p>totals: 41 miles, 2x yoga</p>
