<p>This is the 40x40 thread. To qualify: Be at least 40 years old and run 40 miles per week. This is a great motivational thread and free passes are given out generously. If you do run a race and post a RR, I'll try to link it in here.</p>

<p><strong>Orangemat</strong> -  44.85 m. - 7 days running plus a 10 miler on a TM! Off to a great start in 2011.</p>
<p><strong>Paul</strong> - 49.2 m. - A 17.2 m LR and four 8 milers.</p>
<p><strong><strong>Peter -</strong></strong> 45.11 m. - Good luck @ Charleston Marathon on Saturday.</p>
<p><strong>Rassmussenmp</strong> - 45.5 m. - 7 days running and a LR of 11 miles.</p>

<p>Sat 26.2  - Ran the inaugural Charleston Marathon... this marathon officially certifies me as INSANE :)</p>

<p>Mon.......... 6.2 miles, yoga (at home)</p>
<p>Tues......... 5.3 miles</p>
<p>Wed.......... 8 miles (treadmill hill w/o), yoga</p>
<p>Thu............ 7.35 miles</p>
<p>Fri............. 6.25 miles</p>
<p>Sat............ 1 hr yoga therapeutics/foam rolling, 2 miles, 30 min stationary bike</p>
<p>Sun........... 7.25 miles AM, 5 miles PM</p>
<p> </p>
<p>totals = 47.35 miles, some xtraining, a buncha yoga</p>
