decided on last thursday that it was time for some downtime as i've noticed a little ache in my right achilless - having been thru achilles issues in the past i've learned to take care of it early. cut friday run short, and skipped sat sun.

just squeaked over 40 for last week.

havent run yet this week, but will probably get out for some easy miles today. wont hit 40 this week, but should be back near normal next week.

just 20 this week - only ran fri/sat/sun.

should be back to normal next week - aiming to get up to 60ish
