Am I allowed to post my intent? I plan on a 40-mile week this week for the first time since last fall.

Monday - 5-mile recovery run (did 18 today). Hope to get outside, but looks like a dreadmill run.
Tuesday - 4 miles, followed by hockey game at night
Wednesday - 12 miles
Friday - 9 miles
Sunday - 10 mile race

I consider hockey the equivalent of a 2-mile run, but even if you don't, I still get my 40.
