Passes are granted to those who are injured, in a taper, in recovery mode, or for just about anything else that get's in the way of running.</span><br><br><b><span style="color:#0000FF;">Tally:</span></b><br><b>Peter: 42.4 miles</b>. 5 days running, a couple 10 milers, and passes 40.<br><b>Winejunky: 41 miles</b>. 6 days running and a 13 miler on the weekend.<br><b>Alan Fletcher: 73 miles</b>. 7 days running and a 22 miler on the weekend.<br><b>Dennis: 62.1 miles.</b> LR of 18 miles.<br><b>Tnally:</b> <b>40 miles.</b> Welcome to the 40x40 club!<br><br><b><span style="color:#0000FF;">Pass:</span></b><br><b>Paul: 16.3 miles:</b> recovery mode after WDW Goofy Challenge.<br><b>Wa5yom: Pass requested:</b> after running last weekends Houston marathon.

When was the last time I had back to back 40's? Last April maybe.....<br>
Sun-4 done<br>
Mon-6 done<br>
Tues-6 fartlek.....afternoon swim...3miles done<br>
Weds-5..wimped out<br>
Thursday-5, 3 at 7:55 pace.....this might be a pipe dream actually did 6 with 4 at 7:55<br>
Friday-REST<br>
Sat-14...13<br><br>
sorry this ol boy only got 38...I think I needed the rest.

Monday AM - 2M for lunch.<br>
Monday PM - 6M to break in new shoes.<br>
Tuesday AM - 2M for lunch.<br>
Tuesday PM - 13.1 M on TM.<br>
Wednesday - Cross Training (Swim & Elliptical)<br>
Thursday AM - 2M for lunch.<br>
Thursday PM - 13.1 M on TM.<br>
Friday - 5.5 miles easy.<br>
Sunday - 18 M.<br><br>
Total: 61.7 miles.

It's been more than a year since I've posted on the 40/40 ...... I have the age down well, it's just those 40 mpw that are hard <img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif"><br><br>

I may not be here every week, but my mileage has been creeping up close to 40 most weeks.

Here's this week's planned mileage and (actuals)......<br><br>
Mon - 9m easy (9.59m at 8:03 )<br>
Tue - 7m tempo, 9m overall (7.5m at 6:52, 9.25m overall)<br>
Wed - 7m easy w 8xstrides (8.05m at 7:56 w 8xstrides)<br>
Thu - 13m easy (13.4m at 7:59 )<br>
Fri - 7m at HMP 6:40, 9m overall (7m at 6:44 10.5m overall)<br>
Sat - 11m easy (11.0m at 7:50 )<br>
Sun - 22m easy w 5m at MP 7:06 (22.09 at 7:54 w 1.5m at 6:33 )<br><br>
Total - 80m (83.91m)<br><br>
My biggest ever week by 10 miles. I am a little tired and ready for my cutback week, which thankfully starts tomorrow with my first day off running in 32 days.<br><br>

I didn't make 40 this week as I had some foot issues this week...the good news is that it's fine now. Only 3 days running this week.<br><br>
