Hello mileage monsters,

I have to input this right away prior to hitting the road. I'll update my summary on Monday, OK? Next Sunday, Peter will pick this up, and then after that, Dennis will be back (right, Dennis?).

This is the weekly mileage thread for those age 40+ who are running 40+ miles/week, or for those who have a birthday on July 4th. As you can see from my entry below, sometimes we (I) don't quite make the goal, but free passes are given out generously by Dennis.

Paul: 41.9 already through Friday....woohoo!

rasmussenmp: 71.0...attaboy Mike!

Peter: 43.76; another solid week!

Dennis: on vacation and not reporting, but probably ran the miles. Enjoy!

Econo: 23.4 miles on a torqued ankle. You made the right choice to ditch the long run today; don't cry!
