I'm sorry for the belated posting but it's been a busy few days with the holiday and all. Thank you guys for coming over and helping to get this going. I've been slacking lately and won't get into a regular training program again until probably January 5. That will still give me plenty of time until Boston. Thanks Dr Wu for starting this over here. It was very inspiring for 2007 and led to a solid year.<br><br>
Monday - 5 mile town jog.<br>
Tuesday - 5 mile town Christmas Lights jog.<br>
Wednesday - 7 miles afternoon run.<br>
Wednesday - 3 miles on TM evening run.<br>
Thursday - 6 mile run.<br>
Friday - 6 miles. Was alternating speeds to test heart rate.<br>
Saturday - 9 miles.<br>
Sunday - Day off due to holiday gatherings.<br><br>
Weekly Total - 41 miles.<br><br>
47 weeks in 2007 >= 40 miles.

After almost no running since the Philly Marathon on Nov 18 I'm trying to get a minimal base started up. Work will be a problem until Jan 5 so I won't be back up to 40MPW for the next two weeks...<br><br>

Swap a few runs around and added a few extra miles due to vacation this week.<br><br>

Tues: 4 am, 6 pm - <i><b>11.0 miles (8:06 pace) aerobic</b></i><br><br>
Wed: 11 miles including 4m @ tempo - <i><b>12.0 miles (7:55 pace) 2 x 2m (14:48, 14:39)</b></i><br><br>
Thurs: 15 miles aerobic - <i><b>11.0 miles (8:15 pace) aerobic</b></i><br><br>
Fri: 10 miles aerobic - <i><b>16.5 miles (7:50 pace) including 12 miles @ MP (7:41 pace)</b></i><br><br>
