I was the most recent caretaker/secretary of the 40/40 over at Coolrunning but don't want to post at the new site anymore. And I don't want such a good training motivator as the 40/40 to just disappear. So I'd like to start it here. For any of you who weren't posters over at Cool Running, the 40/40 is a group of runners 40 years old and older who run or strive to run over 40 miles per week.
