<p>I think I am going to rest from running today as my calf is still sore.  I don't want to risk hurting it and not being able to run at all.  Some stretching and core workout will be on the schedule instead.</p>

<p>XT day planned for me. I packed for a swim midday but I'm already hearing rumors of a 1pm meeting being scheduled. Crap. We'll just have to see what happens with that. Seems like every time I say I'm going to swim either something gets in the way or I wimp out/lose motivation due to my ongoing love/hate relationship and utter lack of proficiency with it.</p>

<p>Kevin - sorry about the calf. Rest it up and try calf sleeves if you have them.</p>

<p>OK so I made it over to the pool. Only had time for about a 30 minute swim but it was well worth the trip. 1075 yards total. (yeah, I'm slow as hell)</p>
