<p>Thanks for taking the thread, HappyFeat.  Hi again everyone.  I spent last week away on vacation with limited Internet.  I ran a total of 31 miles I think, including a 10 miler, all on the sands of North Myrtle Beach. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>This coming Saturday is my first race of the year, and I really don't feel like I'm ready to run fast at all...but I'm ready to give it a try.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Monday.........................<strong>3.5</strong> easy with strides</p>
<p>Tuesday........................<span style="text-decoration:line-through;">6.0 easy</span>  <strong>7.0</strong> inc 3*1.5 miles at 10k race pace</p>
<p>Wednesday...................<span style="text-decoration:line-through;">5 including 3*1200m @ 10k race pace</span> <strong>4.0</strong> at recovery pace</p>

<p>Thanks Happy! I didn't post last week. I pretty much didn't do anything until Friday anyway. So total was 1.5 Friday, 2 Saturday and 2 Sunday. Will try to do better this week. Posting AND exercising</p>

<p>Ok, time for a cutback week and hopefully shake this crud that has me in it's grips. Feeling better, so maybe a little rest will help.</p>

<p>Monday: 2.5 miles elliptical (20:15), .25 mile walk and 15 minutes abs/core; 2 mile walk with DH in the evening</p>
<p>Tuesday: 3.1 miles elliptical (23:15), .5 mile walk and 15 minutes U/B weights (got a lot done in that short time!); 5.3 miles run after work</p>
<p>Wednesday: 2.8 miles elliptical (21:53) and about 10 minutes of wall squats and walking lunges; 7.2 miles run after work</p>

<p>I too like to have somewhere to post the plan and the week summary..... helps me stick to the plan if I write it down publicly.</p>

<p>But I must say that I like KS's idea of rolling the weekly plan into the Monday thread..............</p>

<p>Now that Boston is done, it's time to change things up a bit. This summer in addition to running & racing, I want to do more swimming and bicycling. It should be a good summer.</p>
