I'm still not weighing in but my meals have been pretty good. Of course I'm eating everything that isn't nailed down but it's mostly good stuff. Also, mom and dad sent us a large amount of fresh Alaskan salmon that we'll be eating constantly.<br><br>
B: 2 slices of zucchini nut bread<br>
S: 1 nectarine, 1 banana<br>
S: the other 2 nectarines I have with me<br>
D: Salmon Rushie (basically salmon baked with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, flaxseed, etc) and brown rice

While I know that 'most' of this is probably due to not eating as much, and therefore, not having as much "bulk" in my bod at any time.... according to the scale, I'm down 7 lbs since I started this thing.<br><br>
Actually I've been down 7 lbs for a few days, and seem to have stalled. Bleh. I may have hit my plateau as far as what I'm going to lose, without any form of exercise. At least Saturday, that will hopefully change, as it's my 'trial' 1-mile walk, to see how the foot feels after-the-fact.<br><br>
Eating habits have been pretty good, as I'm obsessive about being honest and tracking consumed items in my food journal, and keeping cals relatively low.<br><br>

I seem to be stuck at 139 and I'm not feeling good about it. I need to get down 3-4 lbs just to get to where I was before I wanted to lose 10ish.<br><br>

As of Monday, I had lost two of the three pounds I gained two weeks ago. This week I was doing well with healthy meals until today...<br><br>
B - large lemon poppy seed muffin, banana<br>
L - 1/2 cantalope filled with chicken salad, a few leafy greens, and a small side of German potato salad. And half a sundae (I shared it with a friend).<br><br>
Tonight is my first English class of the semester. I'm teaching again, after a 5 year hiatus. Yippee! So dinner will be leftover orzo and veggies from last night. There's one chicken breast left over too, but I'll let my hubby have it.
I picked back up the pound I lost two weeks ago. This week I've been a bit better about eating well, and I've been exercising much better this week. My law school reunion is in 5 weeks, so I'm motivated now to get these 5 pounds off. I have noticed in any case that over the last month or so, my clothes feel different and better, even though I haven't lost weight.

I didn't post this on the 30's, but I actually started weight watchers on Tuesday (online, not the meeting type). I'm eating much better but I'm also really hungry and headachy. Hoping my body will adjust quickly to the better foods- I think it's in shock!
So what are the 'rules' or structure here?...<br><br>
following the above example:<br>
B - crumpets & light cream cheese & coffee<br>
L - crab meat in 2 hamburger buns (homemade), with a granola bar and bag of grapes.<br>
S - apple<br>
D - pork tenderloin, pasta salad and corn<br><span style="font-size:xx-small;">ADS - way way too many tortillas and salsa...</span>
<b>HH</b> - the format is somewhat freestyle. Report as much or as little as you'd like. It's more for accountability and support than anything else. So it you want to lose say 7 lbs. you could post what you weigh and updates accordingly. Or just throw out that you're having a good or bad day/week/month.<br><br>
