<p>Which is amazing, cause I have not been making good food choices.  There are some good ones thrown in here and there, but I've been letting all the work stresses be an excuse for eating whatever crosses my plate.  I'm aware and acknowledging my choices, which is better than pretending it doesn't matter and I don't care.  Cause it does and I do...</p>

<p>Maintain....   With DD in town, my time at the gym has been really, really diminished.  Which is good, b/c I would MUCH rather spend time with her.</p>

<p>Sorry I missed this month's weight loss thread but I am wanting to participate in August's thread.  My goal for July was to lose 5 pounds (1 pound a week).  I've pretty much done that already and just have to be cool and keep going until the weekend for the final results.</p>
