I am up 1 - lousy way to finish.

Overall, I lost some weight (good), but not nearly as much as I wanted to. So, the experience has been a middle of the road on for me. What about you?

Also, I am still missing last weeks weights from 4 people. Lets get those #s in folks.

Down 2 to finish this off. I met my goal, so I'm happy with that. I'd like to say I'm totally happy with what I weigh right now, but I think it'd be nice if I were a couple of lbs lighter. Just because I'm so short. Mind you, I feel good at this weight and my clothes are fitting well. My runs are going well, too. I was hesitant to join in this time around but I'm glad I did. I think being accountable to you guys made things easier for me.

Losing the baby weight has not meant that I've lost the flab that came with it. My belly will likely never be the same again, unless I went for some Hollywood fixes. Ah, I doubt it. I do see that Britney is looking good after 2 kids, though, strutting around in her bikini. Could be she's way younger than me. Or could be that hula she's been doing. I could give it a try. But I think I'll just have to learn how to be happy with what I've got.

Up 1 from last week.

Overall I lost 5 lbs. Less than I hoped but not bad for traveling 3 weeks during the challenge.

I was down .5 for the last week. I am proud to say that I either lost or maintained every week of the challenge and finished down 11.5 pounds. I wanted 15, but I'll happily take 11.5.

I'm glad the challenge was useful for folks. I know it keeps me motivated and making sure that I'm actively choosing what I eat and whether I really want to eat it rather than automatically opening pie hole and inserting crappy food.
