<p>Realized I never posted last weeks results:<br><br>
Team A: 3.12<br>
Team 2: 2.38<br>
Team d: 3.61<br><br>
Bonuses:  Duckie had the greatest % weight loss last week, earning a 0.5% bonus for Team 2.  No team bonuses were earned.<br><br>
Breakdown -<br><br>
Team A: Actual weight loss of 1.12 %, prior bonuses of 2.00 %<br>
Team 2: Actual weight loss of 0.88 %, prior bonuses of 1.00 %, new bonus this week of 0.5 %<br>
Team d: Actual weight loss of 2.11 %, prior bonuses of 1.50 %<br><br>
Team d had a kick-ass week with clare, Frankie, and prae putting up good #s.  What will happen this week???</p>

<p>I'm going to weigh in now, before lunch.  But it's not gonna be good.  NO running plus eating a s'more a day over the weekend PLUS a trip to the Shake Shack in Waterville for a delicious hot fudge malt will surely do me in.</p>

<p>Big old maintain for me this week.  I guess I expected that.  I exercised all week, but I also ate lots more all week.  And fun stuff, too.  Went out on the weekend and had drinks and pizza and kettle corn and birthday cake...oh my!  It was mighty tasty, though, that's for sure!</p>

<p>I went from having a great week to a shit week. I seriously think something is amiss with my scale. A week ago Sunday just before going to bed ( just after getting home from hockey ) I weighed myself. The very next morning I weighed myself before eating , I lost 2 lbs. Overnight? while sleeping?</p>

<p>Yesterday I got on the scale and gained considerably from the previous week. THere isnt any way in hell I gained as much as the scale said in a week.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Starting to weigh myself daily ow to see how things are going.</p>

<p><strong>Frankie</strong>, most of it is insensible water loss from perspiration and respiration.  1 liter = 2.2 lbs. Normal baseline is about .8 liters per day in a person at rest.  Combine exercise plus environmental heat stress and your number will be much bigger.   Big short-term gains are also usually water and/or constipation. </p>

<p>Finally!!!!   A mark in the loss column today!!!   I weighed last night on the same scale I've been using, and was down 1 lb.</p>

<p>Didn't make it to the gym this morning, so impossible to say what it could have been, but I will take last night's weigh-in!!!  After weeks of maintaining (which was hard, considering that DD was in town and my trips to the gym were rare), I finally took a small step down...</p>
