<p>I have been neglegent with the results.  5 hours of commuting a day last week kicked my ass.  I will have last weeks updates posted tonight, and this weeks when I have the results.</p>

<p>I maintained for the week.</p>

<p>Ha...no fear of that!  I have reached my goal, though.  The one I initially hoped for.  I'm actually a pound down from that.  And I'm feeling rather good.  I can't see me losing too much more at this point, maybe another pound or two.  But I figure I'm in maintain mode now.  I hope that doesn't mess my team up too much.  How many more weeks are we in for?</p>
