<p>Helllooooooo challengers! What is going on? I had my best week since week 1, good activity levels, and minimized the bad food decisions. </p>

<p>One of my better food moves was on Saturday. I usually cook around here on the weekends. My DD suggested hamburgers for dinner. Hot July day, hamburgers did sound good. Made them with 50/50 ground beef and ground turkey. Saturday was also our CSA farm pickup, so I added purplette onions, fresh garlic, some garlic scapes, fresh parsley, and sage (plus salt and pepper) to the meat. Everything but the meat and s&p from the farm. Burgers we about 1/4 pound, and with all the other flavors, was more then satisfying. Had corn on the cob and a salad (also from the CSA) for sides. Yummy, satisfying, and letting myself indulge a bit, but not go overboard.</p>
