<p>We have reached the quarter point - how is everyone doing towards their overall goal?</p>

<p>I am doing OK - I had one great week, and have been so-so ever since. Had a great week fitness-wise, but increased activity leads to increased hunger, so I had a craptastic week eating. Pizza 2x, ice cream 2x, and some birthday cake for a co-worker. Overall, I am up 0.5 # this week.</p>
